Organizations join ACT because they want to collaborate with others on creating an open source reference toolchain(s) for automating the generation and use of software bill of materials to support license compliance, vulnerability management, and other policies.
Of course, as with all open source projects hosted by The Linux Foundation, we welcome anyone to get involved in ACT’s development community and the open source projects, regardless of membership status.
